gas bbq from you. We have since sailed our boat from
the UK and arrived in Bundaberg last week. The BBQ
has been brilliant and a favoured cooking method for

problems. I still do not know what was going wrong,
but Sovereign never gave up on assisting me with
advice and spare parts, even beyond any reasonable
warranty period. The final solution of replacing the
BBQ with a brand new one, volunteered by Sovereign
some years after the purchase, was a step that few
companies would entertain. The new BBQ is a
faultless performer in all conditions, exactly as I
had expected, but the exemplary customer care shown
by your company is what I will always remember. You

of the product, and for the very high level of

a year ago that we purchased our two Sovereign
BBQ's, one for home and one for our yacht, we
thought some feedback may be useful. We are
absolutely delighted with both BBQ's. After cruising
our gulf for almost 40 years now, with many holidays
being 3 to 4 month cruises, a good BBQ is naturally
a prerequisite for enjoyable cruising cuisine. Like
most of our friends, we've always had trouble
finding a BBQ that could stay alight in a breeze,
was robust and corrosion proof. The Bravo model is
amazing -it is used all year round and never comes
off the pushpit. Strong winds don't blow it out, it
cooks evenly, and as we use a teflon mat, there is
seldom much cleaning required. It really is one of
the best decisions we've made. Thanks again ,you
have a well designed, well made and very functional

that since purchasing the "Alpha" BBQ flat/grill
plate we have gotten rid of our oven - as we live on
our Catamaran and it has opened up so much more room
for us in the galley . We have cooked anything and
everything on our new BBQ. We have cooked meatloaf,
biscuts, cassaroles of assorted dinners and we have
even cooked cookies. It also cooks a mean steak. We
have enjoyed our purchase so much that our inside
stove is very seldom used anymore which makes
cleaning up easy.We have purchased 4 different BBQ's

years and this BBQ has already surpassed our
expectations and we are very happy customers.My wife
and I have been out in 30+ knots of breeze at anchor
